Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026

Outdoor Blinds Adelaideis a local referral service that connects Adelaide homeowners and venues with vetted outdoor blind installers. The site is owned and operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing ("we", "us"), based in Adelaide, South Australia. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, suburb, the type and size of blinds you are after, your timeframe, any message, and any photos you choose to upload. We also record basic technical data such as your IP address and the page you submitted from, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

Who we share it with

To provide the service, we share your enquiry with a small number of vetted installers who cover your suburb, so they can quote. Those installers are independent businesses and handle your details under their own privacy practices. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Overseas disclosure

Our website is hosted by Vercel and our enquiry emails are delivered by Resend. Both providers process and store data on servers located overseas, including in the United States. By submitting the quote form you consent to your information being handled by these providers outside Australia. We use them only to run this website and deliver your enquiry to us, and we do not otherwise send your information overseas. The vetted installers we refer you to are Australian businesses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to connect you with installers and to keep a record of the referral. Where our systems retain short-term technical logs (for example, to detect spam and abuse), those are kept briefly and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you no longer wish to be contacted, tell the installer directly or contact us through the website and we will action your request.

Contact and complaints

For any privacy question, access or correction request, use the contact form on this website and mark it "privacy". We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your privacy question, you can escalate it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au, which can investigate privacy complaints.
